The Frys.com Open is proud to provide proceeds to the American Institute of Mathematics (AIM), a nonprofit organization founded in 1994 by John Fry and Steve Sorenson. AIM's chief goal is to expand mathematical knowledge by funding focused research projects, conferences and the development of an on-line mathematics library.

The Frys.com Open also impacts the community through additional charitable donations and plans to give more than $700,000 to local charities.
