Matt Every -- 10 under par
Every fired a bogey-free 5 under par 64 in the 2nd round today. This was his fourth bogey-free round on TOUR in 96 career rounds and his first since Round 2 of the 2011 Valero Texas Open.
Every has missed nine greens through two rounds but he's hitting it close averaging more than 10 feet closer to the pin on approach shots than the field average of 36' 8" ranking first for proximity to the hole (26' 2").
Every has been solid with the putter this week, gaining nearly 5 strokes on the field with his flatstick through two rounds (5th best). He has missed just one putt from inside 10 feet through two rounds (32 of 33) ranking 5th in the field.
Pat Perez -- 8 under par
Going a perfect 33 for 33, Pat Perez is currently the only player in the field in the first 2 rounds who hasn't missed a putt from inside 10 feet.
David Hearn -- 8 under par
No one has been better with the putter through two rounds this week than David Hearn, gaining more than seven strokes on the field through two rounds, leading for Strokes Gained - Putting.
Hearn has six putts made from beyond 10 feet (T3) and four from beyond 20 feet (1st) through 36 holes converting a total of 236 feet of putts made (2nd most in the field).

Brendon de Jonge -- 7 under par
Brendon de Jonge shot an 8-birdie, bogey-free career best 8-under par 62 in the 2nd round. His previous low round of 63 (3 times) came most recently in the 3rd round of the 2011 John Deere Classic.
de Jonge had a very different day on the greens Friday. In the opening round he lost more than two strokes to the field with the putter compared to gaining better than two strokes on the field in Round 2.
He doubled his footage of putts made on the green Friday compared to the 47 feet he made in the opening round.
Most birdies on TOUR in last 3 years: It's no surprise that de Jonge made a field-leading eight birdies in Round 2. Since 2009, no player has more birdies on the PGA TOUR than de Jonge. Over this three-year stretch (2009-2011) he's carded 1,163 total birdies.
Doug LaBelle II -- 7 under par
Doug LaBelle is making his 60th career start on the PGA TOUR this week. The Sony Open in Hawaii is the site of his best career finish on TOUR (T-4th back at the 2007 Sony Open).
LaBelle II is putting well this week gaining nearly six strokes on the field with his putter through two rounds, ranking 3rd in the field for Strokes Gained - Putting.
